Moreover, you get the chance to look into a project concerning the redesign of one of the modules in one of our popular machines: the NXE EUV machine. See how we reduce the particle transport to the cleanest part of the lithography machine, the reticle, to improve the yield of the entire platform. You shall see it takes a lot of collaboration of a lot of mechanical engineering competencies to bring a project like this to a success.
