What is a GA?
A GA is a meeting open to all members of the association. Here, the board and all members are able to present proposals and questions for and about all association matters. This means that you can also voice your opinion about association matters when you have a burning question, announcement or a great idea.

What is a Change GA?
During the Change GA the 68th Board will present their yearly report, and we will vote on the appointment of the next board.

How do I send in a document for the GA? 
If you have any questions, announcements, or a good proposal about association matters, come by the Newtonroom and ask the person behind the front desk for some help with writing a proposal or letter. Alternatively, you can use the template attached to this email to write a suitable proposal. Please note that the deadline to submit these documents is one week before the GA, i.e., before the 28th of January.
