Sun, sand and swimsuits, all things we associate with the beach. Unfortunately, the beach is rather far away from our lovely University. That is why we will bring the beach to our campus and organize a party to celebrate the summer! So bring your beach slippers, fashionable swimsuits and join the party!

The party will take place on June the 18th behind the Horst (see the map below). The cost of the tickets will be €5,- and you will get 3 free coins to spend at the party or 8 free coins if you are a Newton member. The party starts at 16:00 and will end at 22:00. But don’t worry, there will be an afterparty in the Update where you can still spend all of the coins you bought and celebrate until the late hours of the night.

To keep you entertained during this party, there will be several different activities to take part in. You can test your balancing skills by trying out the surfing simulator and see if you can beat all of your friends. Additionally, you can prove that you know your beers better than everyone else by doing the beer taste test! Live cocktails will be made during the event as well to create the ultimate summer-vibe. To satiate your hunger, two food trucks will cook up their favorite recipes for only a couple of coins. To liven up the party there will be four different DJ’s to keep you dancing all day long!

One important note however, in case of bad weather the beach party will have to be canceled. In this case the party will be moved to the Update where we can still enjoy the summer vibes together.
