Newton Van GMA

The GMA will take place on the 15th of December at 14:00. The agenda, location and documents as described below will be sent no later than a week before the GMA.

What is a GA?
A GA is a meeting open to all members of the association. Here, the board and all members are able to present proposals and questions for and about all association matters. This means that you can also voice your opinion about association matters when you have a burning question, announcement or a great idea.

What is the Newton Van GMA about?
Here, the board and the workgroup bus will present the different option in regards to the future of the the Newton Van (Simone).

How do I send in a document for the GA? 
If you have any questions, announcements, or a good proposal about association matters, come by the Newtonroom and ask the person behind the front desk for some help with writing a proposal or letter. Alternatively, you can use the template attached to this email to write a suitable proposal. Please note that the deadline to submit these documents is one week before the GA, i.e., before the 8th of December.
