PhD info session
After obtaining your MSc degree, the first stage of your career may be . . . a PhD research project. Doing research means exploring new ideas and questions that have not yet been answered by others. You will train your critical thinking skills and develop as an independent researcher. These are invaluable skills, whether you desire to proceed to industry or academia. Given the broad set of research groups in the Engineering Technology faculty, there are many types of PhD projects and topics, often with a clear industrial link.
In the PhD info session, two PhD researchers will explain how they entered their PhD path, what research questions they are working on, and how life of a PhD researcher looks like.
