The excursion includes an extensive program. After a short company introduction, we will dive deeper into two R&D case studies. We will talk about optimising the controller design and tuning relevant system parameters of the Active Vibration Isolation System (AVIS) to enhance the performance of our motion systems. The second topic will concern the strategies for bake out and RGA measurements of a specific motion stage. We will end the visit with an elaborate company tour.
