The evening starts with an introductory talk and basic instructions from the WOT, followed by a quick tutorial. 

The welding will be using the method of electrode welding (very different from the MIG/MAG in the CUBE). Electrode welding is an easy and cheap way of welding that is used all over the globe, even underwater!

The goal will be to weld a square. Electrode welding is easy and requires no experience. Overalls, gloves, and helmets will be made available. However, it is still recommended to not wear nylon clothing, put your hair in a ponytail (if needed), and not wear any jewelry.
