VDL Almelo

During my internship at VDL ETG T&D Almelo, I learned a lot about the people and the enjoyable work culture there. I spoke to engineers with different backgrounds and they helped me in developing a tool that aims to predict the performance of liquid-cooled cold plates. Along with a literature review on several topics important to cold plates, I hope the engineers at VDL can use this tool in the future for projects where heat generation is an issue. I enjoyed my time here immensely and am glad I have had the experience of being an intern here.
