Well being weeks
The last month of the last module has nearly started. Everyone is preparing for their last exams of the academic year. That can be quite stressful at times. That's why the whole university hosts activities during the 2nd and 20th of June to help you control stress and your overall well-being. To name some: A lunch lecture by Ed de Bruin, therapeutic boxing, 2 bootcamps, outdoor yoga, a drop-in psychologist, and even there is a session to chill with dogs. But most importantly, there are walk-in sessions with the CPP's (Confidential Contact Persons). They are students who are trained to listen and help you find the right resources. They can also be helpful if you just want to talk about something that's on your mind. Our CCP's at the moment are Jessica Bos and Teun Wassenberg, feel free to contact them.
Not only does the UT organise activities, but the basement associations have an activity too! The activity will include 2 different workshops to better deal with exhaustion, stress, and anxiety. This will be done using methods inspired by mindfulness/positive psychology & Wim Hof! To top things off, at the end of the activity, the boards will arrange some free lunch. Make sure to sign up!
