Financial GMA

The Financial GA will take place on the 15th of October at 19:00. The agenda, location and documents as described below will be sent no later than a week before the Financial GA.

What is a GA?
A GA is a meeting open to all members of the association. Here, the board and all members are able to present proposals and questions for and about all association matters. This means that you can also voice your opinion about association matters when you have a burning question, announcement or a great idea.

What is a Financial GA?
A Financial GA is a meeting open to all members of the association. This means you are invited! Here, the board will present the current financial situation. During the GA you can voice your opinion about the finances of the association, or other association matters.

How do I send in a document for the GA?
If you have any questions, announcements, or a good proposal about association matters, come by the Newtonroom and ask the person behind the front desk for some help with writing a proposal or letter. Alternatively, you can use the template attached to this email to write a suitable proposal. Please note that the deadline to submit these documents is one week before the GA, i.e., before the 8th of October.
