What is a GA?
A GA is a meeting open to all members of the association. Here, the board and all members are able to present proposals and questions for and about all association matters. This means that you can also voice your opinion about association matters when you have a burning question, announcement or a great idea.

What is the GMA on March 18?
Here, the board will present the updated policy and budget. During the GMA you can voice your opinion about the updated policy and budget of the association, or other association matters.

How do I send in a document for the GA? 
If you have any questions, announcements, or a good proposal about association matters, come by the Newtonroom and ask the person behind the front desk for some help with writing a proposal or letter. Alternatively, you can use the template attached to this email to write a suitable proposal. Please note that the deadline to submit these documents is one week before the GA, i.e., before the 11th of March.
