Are you curious about how innovative suspension technologies for trucks, trailers, and buses are developed and produced? On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, you are warmly invited to VDL Weweler in Apeldoorn for an exclusive excursion specially organised for Mechanical Engineering students!
VDL Weweler has been a leading international player in the field of (air) suspension systems for over 100 years. With around 180 colleagues, we develop, test, and produce parabolic leaf springs and modular suspension systems for the global transport industry. Our factory in Apeldoorn is highly automated, with a major role for robotics and smart logistics.
During the excursion, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at our high-tech production environment. We’ll also give a company presentation and a technical presentation that dives deeper into our products, processes, and innovations.
