This week's lunch lecture is hosted by Capgemini (and Solarteam)!
Capgemini is a leading strategic partner for companies in more than 50 countries worldwide, addressing the entire breadth of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations. To achieve this, we leverage the deep industry expertise of our engineers in ever-evolving fields such as cloud, data, artificial intelligence, connectivity, software, digital engineering, and platforms.
Joining this dynamic and quality-driven environment might seem daunting at first, especially for recent graduates, but my transition from academia to industry tells a different story.
In this lunch lecture, I will share what it’s like to work for a leading consultancy firm, highlighting how we collaborate with our clients to drive their solutions to higher quality standards, the skills needed as a consultant, and the support and opportunities Capgemini offers for continuous personal development.
We will also discuss the importance of our collaboration with the university community through the Solar Team Twente, a student group that drives research in sustainable mobility. Students from the team will show what it takes to build a solar car to race in various solar races around the globe.
Together with Capgemini, the team is currently developing a new strategy for the future. Solar Team Twente aims to continue inspiring others and to make an active contribution to a sustainable future. During the lunch lecture, attendees will get a sneak peek of the results of this process, guided by Capgemini's expertise in change management.
I am enthusiastic to meet you all and have an insightful talk!
